About Me
I'm Tony, Dad, husband, avid trail runner, ageing guitarist, and skilled carpenter.

With almost 3 decades working with large enterprise technology management and project delivery I have crafted the ability to quickly grasp where the issues are in complex situations.
Many of the projects I have worked on were complex and challenging, spanning both technology and business change programs for some of the region’s major technology, financial institutions, and government agencies.

Over the past decade I have worked closely with the principal of a leading orthodontic practice in Sydney’s North Shore to build revenue growth, reduce costs, and complexity in operations while growing profitability to more than 60%.

This combination of practical exposure to big business and our use of enterprise frameworks and tools is unique in its application to practice business problems.

At Chalk Mark we apply frameworks such as Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean Six Sigma to each situation and implement appropriate simplification, system, and optimisation strategies.
